Positive working environment

Besides offering a positive impact on the climate, ATMOS is also designed to be an ideal working environment. The project consists of five individually lettable buildings overlooking a central square, with a lovely view of newly landscaped areas and lush existing greenery.

The green roofs and well-considered landscaping provide a natural demarcation for the site. This creates a quiet and relaxed working environment where employees can perform optimally.

The five ATMOS buildings are named after the different layers in the atmosphere, the essential covering that protects the Earth: TROPOS, MESOS, STRATOS, EXOS and IONOS. These names are intended to emphasise our commitment to a sustainable future and the protection of our planet.

Networking and collaboration

We have created a shared space on the ground floor of the central building MESOS. Here employees can make use of shared meeting rooms and enjoy a pleasant dining area. These shared spaces provide an inspiring and dynamic place where companies can network and collaborate.

Low-traffic area

ATMOS is located on the outskirts of the city and close to the station, yet the site is surrounded by greenery. The Vossenbos acts as a buffer between the city and the buildings. The site itself also has plenty of greenery. The main square welcomes visitors into a surprisingly natural setting. This place between the office buildings is intended as a quiet and relaxing environment, so only pedestrians, cyclists and courier services are permitted.

Alongside ATMOS, a residential neighbourhood full of character is being developed with a public green area. This will create a harmonious environment in which nature and modern life merge seamlessly.

BREEAM Outstanding

We are proud of our BREEAM Outstanding certification. The certificate shows that ATMOS meets the highest standards for sustainability and wellbeing. To obtain this certification, buildings must fulfil various criteria, including energy efficiency, water use, waste management, multimodal accessibility, a healthy indoor climate and attention for biodiversity and ecosystems.

Furthermore, the building must comply with the highest standards for environmentally friendly materials, noise reduction and the promotion of a healthy place to live and work.

The philosophy behind NETWORKS

At Banimmo, we believe in the power of community and cooperation between our tenants. That is why we have developed the NETWORKS concept, which has already been successfully applied to other developments, including NETWORKS NØR, NETWORKS Forest, NETWORKS Smart Hub and NETWORKS Gent.

The NETWORKS concept offers tenants the opportunity to network and collaborate with other companies and professionals in the shared spaces and meeting rooms.
